By purchasing from this website, you accept these Special Conditions together with the Sodexo General Terms and Conditions of Supply of Goods 2018 and the Privacy and Cookies Policy. If you refuse to accept them, you will not be able to order any Products from the website and you should not continue to order.
1. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that:
i. you are dealing as a consumer and not as a business;
ii. you are at least 18 years old unless you determine that there are no applicable age restrictions imposed by us or any third party to whom we subcontract provision of such Products;
iii. you are resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland;
vi. you are accessing the Website from the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland;
v. the Products ordered on the website are for your use only, will not be passed on to a third party and are not for resale, unless agreed in writing.
You may purchase any Products for your own use, the use of your spouse (or partner provided that you can prove residency at your address of residence) and/or unlimited dependents (provided that you can prove residency at your address of residence and provided that there are no applicable age restrictions imposed by us or any third party to whom we subcontract provision of such Products).
The Products purchased are intended to be sold for domestic use, members who regularly order excessive amounts may be limited in their usage of this order facility. Limitation of a member’s order facility can be applied without notice and at any time.
You are entitled to purchase an allowance of Products per calendar month. Your allotted allowance renews on the 1st day of each month. This means you can purchase;
• Up to 10 Cinema Admission eCodes per month
• Up to 10 Cineworld Refreshment eCodes per month
• Up to 5 Annual Passes per month
There is no monthly limit for Sky Store eCodes.
Ticket allowances may be adjusted from time to time and without prior notification.
2. DISCOUNTS
Published discounts are based against standard box office, peak rate prices, i.e. after 5:00 p.m. Mondays – Fridays and all-day Saturdays and Sundays (unless otherwise stated). For Bank Holidays, weekend prices apply.
Discounts may be considerably less when certain Products are used at off peak times: i.e. before 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (unless otherwise stated) or where discounts are applied at weekends or other discounted times determined by the individual cinema chain. Excludes third party offers and promotions.
